Some useful information

ORDERING

We batch bake our artisan bread and crackers once a week, shipping on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

The cut off time for ordering is Fridays.

If an order is placed after Friday, we will automatically assign your order to the following week.

DELIVERY

All orders are sent using DPD next day delivery and we post your order on a Tuesday or a Wednesday for next day delivery. We are no longer offering a cheaper option for crackers due to Royal Mail manhandling the parcels. This decision had to be made due to repeated broken deliveries by Royal Mail.

Please note that while we take great care in preparing your order, RÅG cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during transit.

HOW TO KEEP OUR PRODUCTS AT THEIR BEST

Traditional Nordic RYE bread - Store in a bag or bread bag in room temperature or freeze and take out slices as and when.

Scandi Seed CRACKERS - Keep in an airtight container and you can enjoy these for a good couple of weeks.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please reach out to us within 48 hours, and we will address the issue promptly. Your satisfaction is important to us!
